Last updated: August 8, 2026. This policy explains what data Printable Mill ("this site", "we") collects and how it is used, across every tool hosted here.

Our tools do not collect your data

Every tool on Printable Mill runs entirely in your browser. The paper you design — its type, spacing, color, and size — is never uploaded to a server. It exists only in your browser's memory while you're using the page and, if you allow it, in your browser's local storage on your own device.

Local storage

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your last-used settings (paper type, spacing, unit, color, line width, and paper size) so each tool is ready the way you left it the next time you visit. This data:

• stays only on your device — it is not transmitted to us or any third party;
• is not linked to your identity in any way;
• can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data, or by using the "Reset to defaults" button in the tool.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted as a static site on a content delivery network. Like most web hosts, the hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information for security and performance purposes (such as IP address, browser type, and requested page), independent of anything this site's code does. We do not have a separate analytics or tracking script running on this site beyond what is described here.

Advertising (future)

This site may display advertising in the future, for example through Google AdSense. Advertising networks such as Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. If and when advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated to name the specific networks in use and link to their respective privacy and opt-out pages (for example, Google's Ads Settings). You will always be able to review this page for the current state of advertising on this site.

No accounts, no forms that store data

This site does not have user accounts, logins, or a database. The only way to reach us is the mailto link on the Contact page, which opens your own email client — nothing about that contact process is handled by this site's code.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — most likely when advertising is enabled or a new tool is added — the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the changes will apply going forward.
